Wow! What an amazing place. Beautiful views and very secluded. We felt like we had the mountain all to ourselves! Only 15 minutes from some great restaurants and breweries. We would definitely come back.

This deck was a great place to camp and experience nature in the area with some great amenities! It gave us the perfect location to take our 8 month old for his first camping experience! The view is gorgeous, to top it all off!

Doug User ProfileDoug is a superhost.

While these “describe” yourself paragraphs are always awkward, I will do my best. I have been happily married and living in Black Mountain for the last 34 years. My wife and I raised two daughters, both of whom have “flown the nest.”

We live on a small farm where we raise llamas, horses, retired chickens, dogs, ancient cat, guinea hens, rainbow trout, and the occasional wild fox, coyote, etc.
My wife is a practicing Veterinarian and I have done small real estate developments for most of my career. I love to read and wish I could write better. I currently spend time volunteering with Big Brothers, Big Sisters and would encourage you to consider investing time or money with that organization.
When it comes to relaxing, we hope you choose to stay at either of our AirBnB listings. We are in the process of developing a few other sites, so keep an eye out for those additional listings. You may want to check out our "Camping Deck near Asheville, NC" or "Camping deck designed to spoil you." Luxury camping with astounding views.

Our listings have been described as varied, of good value, and wonderfully unique. Please read our reviews for more information and an honest evaluation of our hosting abilities.
