Views from Central Park to the Hudson River!
One newly renovated bedroom with a Queen size bed in a three bedroom Penthouse apartment with tons of light and outdoor space! The pictures of the room are dated, I'm uploading more this week. The room was just outfitted with brand new bedding, sheets, curtains & paint... new everything.
There are 2 roommates both in their early 30s, but we're mostly gone. We are super chill, check out our reviews. I'll respond quickly to anything to make your stay better!
Half a block to the 1,2,3 subway trains or three blocks to the B,C train. Steps from Riverside Park and the Hudson River and three blocks from Central Park! Views of it all from the extensive outdoor rooftop! Close to some of the best restaurants New York City has to offer, not to mention the great bar/pub scene. The apartment is about eight blocks South of the Natural History Museum and North of Lincoln Center.
1,2,3 train less than one block away. One express stop from Time Square!
Guests typically book one room of the three and will be treated just like a member of the penthouse! We share a large beautiful bathroom with excellent water pressure as well as a full kitchen. Of course, the highlight is our HUGE wrap-around roof deck! Access is just through the French doors in the living room. You will feel right at home in our cushy couches surrounded by plant life and art work.
Interaction with guests
I will be available almost anytime throughout your stay whether it be by calling, texting, or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).
We've made some great friends over Air B&B, most of which we still keep in touch with.
Other things to note
There are a few celebrities who live in our building so you could find yourself in the elevator with a star! The apartment itself has a ton of cool history that the roommates or myself would be happy to tell you about as well.
We have two grills outside and great supermarkets very nearby. Feel free to grab some fresh corn and your favorite grillables and invite your New York friends over for a BBQ! The grill on the right side is reserved for vegetables and non-meat products, thank you!
There is a great place to rent bicycles right across the street. Grab a helmet and you can be riding along the Hudson River or through Central Park, always a beautiful ride! You can even ask a roommate to join you when they are home, they have bikes and love to ride!
The Beacon Theatre is two blocks away and hosts many exciting and world renowned shows by various artists, bands, and musicians. It's a small old original theater, very cool! I've seen Stevie Wonder there in fact! Terminal 5 is another excellent music venue for large acts and is less than one mile from the apt. It is a very fun venue with a roof deck above the stage and crowd. In fact, you can take a bus or taxi there in about 5 minutes or walk in 20.
Of course, there are like a million other things to do nearby too :)
Enjoy and clean up after yourself. It is a clean and tidy apartment and needs to stay that way. No smoking inside and no guests after 2am. Smoking is ok on the Terrace. Noise level should respect the other roommates as well as the surrounding buildings since sound travels very well at night. No more than two people in my bed. All personal items are to be left as they are, where they are. Thank you!

Welcome to my profile. My name is Chris and I have been lucky enough to live in this unreal and beautiful Penthouse for over 10 years now! I grew up nearby and now spend most of my time in Phoenix launching my business and looking forward to bringing it all back to New York City. My free time is usually spent with my dogs, Winnie and Ginger or playing golf or music. Laid back and easy-going while always staying on the ball. No flakiness here, I give what I hope to get. I am 36 years young and try to always live life to the fullest. I love my apartment so much and now Airbnb has given me a way to share my amazing space with you!
