Great for our one night stay for football game. Had to read reviews to know about extra guests/renters but they were nice and owner let us check in early. Older home with a lot of character!

This house was super nice, affordable and convenient for my girlfriend and 2 other couples to stay at for the night; the shower was nice and refreshing, the kitchen was fully equipped, and its nice how many beds there is even though the bed aren't the most comfy. We will defiantly be returning, thank you so much!!

Daryl is a fabulous host! We were grateful to her warm hospitality after a long day on the road, it was like being welcomed into a friend's home. We did little more than sleep while we were there, but the hammocks and sky chair in the backyard were a welcome place to rest, and it was fabulous having enough beds and rooms for our road-tripping family that included my two sons, my mother, and then my husband and myself.

Private home in the River Road area of Eugene - the main home is the owner's home, so her own personal affects are in the house - it is tidy and so as long as you know this, it should not pose any problem. The house has no air conditioning - there is a quite noisy portable unit in the master suite. The place was fine for a single night layover.

You get what you pay for! It's inexpensive so don't expect super-new polished luxury, more old-school lived-in homeyness. But it's clean and the beds are comfortable enough. The TVs (all a bit old and small by today's big-screen standards, but unplug, you're in Eugene!) and whatnot have their cable cabling a bit untidy, but I passed that observation on to the owner so she may sort that out. Also, prior to arrival, we weren't aware that the owner, Daryl—or other guests on one of the nights—would stay in the tiny home in the backyard during our stay; that felt a bit weird, but we're private people! But she's very nice and made sure we would ask for anything we needed.

Daryl's place was really nice. The house is old but has a lot of character and was really fun vacation home.
