The space
We are very happy to host you for an unforgettable vacation in this authentic tobacco dryer, which we are offering for rent this year.
Renovated in 2011, then by us since 2019, it is located 10 minutes from Sarlat but especially at the crossroads of the Céou Valley and the Dordogne, in the middle of the most prestigious castles of Périgord.
So much so that you can see one at each of the windows of the house.
Enjoy an aperitif while enjoying the sunset over the Château de Beynac.
Walk to Castelnaud Castle along the riverside towpaths.
Treat yourself to a night tour of the Marqueyssac Gardens, or visit the Château de Joséphine Baker.
Everything is nearby.
Discover the beautiful Céou Valley and enjoy its emerald river and crystal clear water amidst dragonflies.
Hot air balloons sometimes take off from the field right next door, this will be an opportunity to take some nice pictures.

For rainy days, many recreational and quality facilities make up this accommodation, a real American billiard table and a climbing wall are at your disposal in a 50 m2 game room.
A cellar part houses a ping pong table that can be taken out into the garden if desired.
An above-ground swimming pool and sunbathing terrace await you for refreshing swims.
A pebble beach on the banks of the Dordogne is accessible by a walking path 5 minutes' walk away.

Guest access
The whole property will be at your disposal except for part of the garage that we keep for our personal storage. Access to the garden is via an electric gate with a code, and a badge will be left for you during your stay. The entrance door is on the ground floor. You can park the car right next to the door to unload and then park in the parking lot at the entrance, which won't be far away anyway. Flat garden of 2600 m2 about 100 meters in length. The dryer itself is 40 m long.

Other things to note
A small unmentioned bedroom is also available and equipped with a baby crib.
We provide duvets, cushions, mattress covers, as well as some tea towels but remember to bring your own as well.
Thank you for leaving the accommodation tidy, dishes done (capsules will be left for the dishwasher).
A vacuum cleaner and mop will be available at your convenience during your stay;
