Kastri is a small village with beautiful gravel and sand beaches, which can be reached on foot. There are two mini-markets, a fish shop, a Cretan souvenir shop, as well as five taverns and two coffee shops.

The place is ideal for lonely travellers, couples and families with children. It is almost untouched by tourism. The excursions will get to know the Cretan hospitality and will enjoy the wonderful Cretan traditional food from local products. as far as the fish lovers are concerned, every day the fishermen of our village will be surprised.

My name is Melina, I am a mother of three children, and I have been living in this unique place for about 25 years with my husband and my children. With a lot of effort, we completed the MK-THEA apartment two years ago, and now we rent it to people who come for holidays to our favourite village. My husband and I inherited Panorama Rooms from his parents five years ago, and we renovated them with great passion and love. It is now my family's source of income during the summer months. My husband is involved in the production of olive oil and honey. You can taste the authenticity of our products upon your arrival at our accommodation. To us, our tenants are not just customers. It is our pleasure to welcome you and to show you in practice the importance of Cretan hospitality. We love to meet new people with different cultures and, thus, to make friends in every corner of the earth! ​We wish you a quiet and relaxing vacation in our place !!!
