The space
The accommodation is on the 2nd and top floor of a very quiet residence 2 minutes from the beach.
There is no elevator.
The stairs are extra wide.
The studio is located in the residential area of Locqueltas, which is located by the sea.
Traffic is very easy.
For gamblers, the casino is 2 minutes away!

🏡 THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is located at the edge of the town center. You are 2 steps from all the shops, beaches and the center of the activities offered by this small seaside resort.

Port Maria Beach = Family, friendly and lively! A children's club is open during the season
Locqueltas Beach = very nice little cove with a bar at the back
Kerguelen Beach = 10 min. A very large, very popular beach

To allow a lower rate, linen is optional for stays of less than 7 days.
Linen is therefore provided FROM 7 nights booked (set + 1 large towel/person); linen will be placed on the bed.
In addition, you must bring your sheets (sofa bed in 160, square pillowcases) and your towels.
A rental could be requested from the Conciergerie at a rate of 7 euros per set (it will be placed on the bed) with 1 towel/person.

✔️ CHECK-IN TIME: It is noted from 5 p.m. mainly for the July/August period to allow for household rotations. Off-season, IF I CAN get you in earlier, it will be with pleasure but never before 2 or 3 p.m.
✔️ CHECK-OUT TIME: It is noted until 10 a.m. mainly for the July/August period to allow for household rotations. Off-season, IF I CAN let you leave a little later, it will be with pleasure but never beyond 10:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.
