Other things to note
For security and convenience, you will receive a link with detailed information and entry instructions a few hours before your arrival. No registration or app installation is required. Moreover, Greek law obliges all short-term-rental hosts to record the identity details of their guests (passport or national ID).

— Organikos Law on the Protection of Public Security (2015)
— Law 1652/1986 (hotel–guest relations)
— Police Regulations & Ministerial Decisions

In addition, hosts must file a “Short-Term Accommodation Declaration” with the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), which includes the tenant’s identification data. Accordingly, after you book and before check-in we will ask every adult guest for a clear photo/scan of their passport or ID card. Your data are stored securely, used only to comply with the above laws, and may be shared with the competent authorities if requested. They are never used for marketing or any other purpose. By confirming your reservation you acknowledge this legal requirement and agree to provide the requested documents. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Neighbourhood highlights

Set just a few cobbled steps apart, both apartments place you in the most walkable quarter of Corfu Town. Stroll 50 m to the arches of the Liston, follow the Venetian sea-wall to the Old Fortress or browse artisan shops tucked beneath pastel facades.

When appetites stir, choose between pavement cafés serving Corfiot sofrito and sleek wine bars pouring island vintages. For coastal swims, catch a ten-minute walk to Faliraki’s city beach; for rural vistas, hop a bus to Kanoni’s viewpoint over Mouse Island.

Wherever you roam, home is always close—waiting behind an unassuming gate and a courtyard scented with citrus.
