Nah Ha is close to parks, art and culture, great views, awesome restaurants and dining, fishing, snorkeling, diving, golfing and the beach. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, a girl's week and business travelers.
It is directly on the oceanfront. HOWEVER....let me be clear about your rental. I may or may not be there at the same time. This is my permanent residence. Your room(s) are all private master suites with complete bathing and toilet facilities in your suite.
Nah Ha is my personal residence that I share with the discriminating vacationer on the island of Cozumel.
Nah Ha is Mayan for "House on the Water". I am so close to the ocean, a more appropriate description might be "House in the Water." Nah Ha is one of Cozumel's most prestigious oceanfront residential addresses. This eight story building is home to sixteen luxurious tower residences. Superior finishes, a well thought-out floor plan and spectacular views in all directions are only a few of the differentiators of this oceanfront home. Located on the quiet streets and calm waters of the Northwest shore of Cozumel, Nah Ha is about a mile from the town of San Miguel and the Cozumel airport.
This sixth floor, 3 master bedroom, 3.5 bath condo measures almost 2550 square feet. It is one of the largest condo residences ever built in Cozumel. Architect owned, no expense has been spared in decorating this private residence. On the balcony I have new wicker sofa and additional ottoman seating with outdoor speakers and a ceiling fan.
Available are two separate master bedrooms. One is a king bed with a large bathroom and the other is a master bedroom with 2 twin beds.
I RESIDE IN THE 3RD MASTER BEDROOM You will have run of the house and kitchen. I just ask that you replace anything you eat and drink and keep the kitchen and other areas clean. I work from an office in my master suite so a lot of times you won't see me. However, if you like, I am more than happy to show you around the island, drop you off in town (2 miles away or a $5 cab ride) and even have breakfast or dinner with you in the condo or in town.
Nah Ha 602 offers you luxurious accommodations with incredible oceanfront views. Spend time at the beautiful infinity pool, relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi, take advantage of the world class snorkeling at your doorstep or simply do nothing and watch the world go by on the expansive balcony. When you are feeling energetic, Nah Ha is only minutes away from fantastic dining, museums, shopping, golf and diving.
If you are a diver, I can arrange a dive op for you. The same with rental cars and snorkeling trips. As a US resident in Cozumel, I know all the best places to eat and go. If we go to together, I get the local's discount at most places.
The base rate is as listed for one bedroom. Add $30 for the second bedroom for a maximum occupancy of 3 people. There is a $35 cleaning fee per week.
If you are a tri-athlete or Ironman this is the place for you. We have miles of dedicated bike and running paths nearby. Numerous tri-athletes swim right in front of the condo. I am a road biker, so if you need a training partner, I'm always up for a ride. I have bike bottles you can use. Bring your own hydration mix tabs as it is difficult to get on the island.
The small gas grille on the balcony has the best view on the island. Help yourself!
You will have the run of the house and use of the two bedrooms, and the view from the oceanfront bedroom is spectacular.
The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. Use anything in the fridge as long as you replace it.

Access to the condo is via digital door deadbolt. I will provide you the code a few days before your arrival.
Interaction with guests
I am available by phone, text or email if I am not there. I provide e-mailed instructions with step by step instructions as to how to get to the condo from CZM's airport or Cancun.
Other things to note
A few years ago, Cozumel was known for its world class scuba diving. And without question, Cozumel’s extraordinary reefs make it one of the top five scuba diving destinations in the world. However, Cozumel is also known for being a multi-sport and culinary hot spot.
Today, people visit Cozumel to surf, spearfish, fish, zip line and kite-board. Scanning across our calm blue waters, you will also see numerous people snorkeling and enjoying Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP’s).
If you are a biker or runner, there are miles of dedicated bike and jogging paths. Biking, running and swimming opportunities are so good, that Cozumel hosts two annual Iron Man competitions and a number of other tri and bi-athlete competitions each year. There are even places on the island to mountain bike or ride dirt bikes. I have a couple of medium roadie Scott carbon fiber bikes and a Santa Cruz Superlight MTB bike you can use. I use SPD's so bring your own pedals if your aren't on those. The MTB's have cleated pedals on one side.
I also have bike tools and a bike stand so you work on your bike.
For the foodie in you, Cozumel is known for reasonably priced “haute cuisine” while still maintaining the local haunts for which it is known. Cozumel has the makings of a vacation destination that provides something for everyone in the family.
