Accommodation consists of sitting room (with wood stove & double sofa bed), bedroom with double bed and access to a Courtyard/garden, via French windows. A kitchen (washing machine, fridge, cooker/ dish-washer) also with access to Courtyard. Separate lavatory and shower rooms. In addition: TV/WiFi, and study/breakfasting areas.

This is a C19 Townhouse with the entire basement available for guests. It has a separate external entrance, but can also be accessed internally (but only in the case of an emergency).

Guests have use of a Courtyard garden off the bedroom, as well as uqz of the main garden.

A free residents' parking space is available at the rear of the house.
