The host was out of town so she had a friend meet us at her apartment with the keys. He was on time and friendly and gave us a few excellent restaurant and walking suggestions. The apartment is tiny, pretty much a studio, but the view and main area is cute and the view is really nice. The bedroom and bed was very small and pushed into a corner so it didn't comfortably sleep two. My husband slept on the couch and I slept in the bed. We had a great time in the neighborhood coffee shops, shops, parks, and walking. Lots of food, shopping, grocery and transportation options very close. Susanna was responsive and very welcoming via Airbnb Messenger to questions/issues, even though she was out of town. Unfortunately, the apartment was in need of a deep cleaning, new linens, and some basic amenities. We had to buy our own towels and linens. For the price, it wasn't out of range in quality, but just know that this is someone's living space, not an investment property, so it feels more like couch surfing than a proper rental. I'd recommend it for a single young person who really wants to see the neighborhood, nightlife, etc. for a reasonable price and doesn't care too much about the details.
