We imagined this house as we imagine a successful vacation. Calm, light and comfort. A kitchen where you really cook. Rooms where you sleep well. And a living space where you can both meet and isolate yourself when you need to.

The space
A stone's throw from Launay Beach and the GR34 coastal trail, this new house has been designed to accommodate up to eight people. It's an epicurean house, made to share real moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped: wine cellar, coffee machine with beans or capsules, carefully chosen dishes. The kind of kitchen where you cook for real, because that's where it all starts.

On the ground floor, a master suite with bathroom. A large bright living room with lounge, TV, dining room and a desk area for those who want to mix a little work with pleasure. Upstairs, two bedrooms with queen size beds, a third with two modular single beds, and a bathroom to share.

The garden naturally extends the house. There is a large terrace, deckchairs, a Nordic spa for the end of the day, a barbecue and a pétanque court.

The house is new, but it doesn't look like a new house. We wanted to avoid anything that sounds empty or generic. The furniture has been carefully chosen: a mixture of antique pieces, designer furniture, and beautiful, more recent collaborations. A place designed to be beautiful, welcoming and lively.

We don't come here to rent a house. We come to take a break, spend time together, breathe, cook and relax.
