5. No damage is done to house or its contents, inside or out, beyond
normal wear, and nothing is missing.
6. All dishes are in the dishwasher, or cleaned and put away.
7. Please strip the beds and throw any used towels on the shower floor
8. If you use the BBQ, it must be left clean
9. When you leave, make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
10. Maximum Occupancy: 6.
11. Systems Failure Notice: In case of failure of a system or amenity
during your stay, including but not limited to: water, sewer, heating, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, structural systems, major appliances, or entertainment equipment, we shall make every effort to repair them as soon as possible. You agree to permit access to the rental to make repairs.

Location is just blocks away from downtown tasting rooms. Spent the weekend with family. There is plenty of space for couples to spread out so you can socialize as a group or escape for some solitude.

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. It's close enough to downtown for an easy walk but the neighborhood is quiet. The condo is immaculate, the beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well equipped. We can't say enough positive things about it. we will definitely stay here again

Great place to stay just minutes from downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and found there to be plenty of space for 3 couples. The place was very clean, quiet and comfortable!

Great location. Easily walkable to downtown and the Saturday Market. Two car secured garage. We were three couples. Each of the three bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom. Nicely maintained and clean. Well furnished with towels and toiletries. The pictures posted on AirBNB are good, but the unit was better than expected. Appreciate the nice welcome bottle of good wine. Had a great stay, and would stay here again!
