The space
Our kitchen can be made available on request for dinner. The calm and countryside near Beaucouzé and the city of Angers, their tourist spots and workplaces. All shops in Beaucouze, Super U and organic supermarket, all services. Angers center 10 min. Belle-Beille 6 min. Parc Expo 12 min drive. Close to the business areas of Beaucouzé, tourism in Angers, Parc de la Garenne for nature and sports. You can discover the Château d'Angers and its Apocalypse tapestry, the Grand Théâtre, the Jean Lurçat Museum (tapestry), the Museum of Fine Arts, the Quais de la Maine with a very pleasant walking path and open-air café in summer, the Théâtre du Quai, the Cale de la Savatte to have a drink in the sun... For Sport: Easy walk or run starting from the house: I will tell you the routes, Parc de la Garenne 1.5 km away. Water sports at Lac de Maine: canoeing, windsurfing, swimming, "beach". Guest access
Bedroom, toilet and shower room upstairs, outdoor parking with closed gate, relaxing garden. The bathroom will be shared because there is another room sometimes rented and our children use the bathroom when they are there but it is very rare, it is the weekend and I would warn you! Our kitchen on a mutually agreed schedule.

We like the countryside near the city very much. We have space and a constant view of the pretty countryside and at the same time, 3 km from Beaucouzé, with all its services and activities. 20-minute walk to the Atoll shopping center and the Parc de la Garenne (jogging). Angers city center is a 10-minute drive so about 30 minutes by bike and 1 hour walk or 8 minutes by car then tram or 20 minutes walk then bus! Angers: its city center with all its shops, its castle, the Promenade du Bout du Monde with the very pleasant terrace of "Chez Ponpon", its banks of the Maine with in spring-summer, the "Héron Carré" to have a drink, relax by the water or even dance, the very nice Cale de la Savate with views of the castle... its restaurants like Osé on Rue Toussaint (fresh and seasonal products), its castle and its Apocalypse tapestry, its old town, its theaters and cinema (including an independent one with all films in original version: The 400 Blows), its shops, its museums.
