Eiii! In order for your experience here to be impeccable and secure, I have prepared this guide with our essential protocols. Please take a minute to read:

Preliminary Identification: Please send a message to the given number with the print of your reservation up to 24h before check-in.
Cadastro e Acesso: Depending on the unit, we will send a link to the facial registration or request your photo ID for release to the building. The authorization at the entrance depends on this prior validation.
Modern Check-in: Access to the property is via electronic lock — practical, safe and in its time.
Visitas: For the security of the condominium, visits are only allowed with prior authorization. We do not make releases between 9pm and 9pm.
✨ Care with your Refuge
Smoking Policy: No smoking in the apartment or communal areas. (R$1,000 fine for professional hygiene).
Enxoval Premium (300 wires): We ask for the affection of not using towels or linens to remove makeup. Permanent Stains will require the replacement of the item.
Attention to Voltage: All our outlets are 110V. ⚡
Silence: To respect everyone's rest, the quiet time is from 10: 00 am to 9 am.
Restrictions: Parties, events, candles or commercial rehearsals are not allowed.

Check-out: By 11h.
Early check-in or late check-out depend on availability and have an additional fee.
