Perfect location right in the medina but also very quiet. Hanane was a perfect host and gave us a very nice breakfast every morning on the beautiful roof terrace which had an amazing view over Fez. Highly recommend

It was my first bad experience in airbnb. I sent a message asking for made an early check in and they said, yes no problem,So we confirm the reservation in this place. The night before leave I went to communicate that I will leave the next morning very early, and I want to say good bye and thank you,and in that moment the manager told me that I had to pay the early check in.I didn't agree so we have a almost 2 hours discussion,we couldn't have diner and they said that we must pay 100% of the early check in or leave the room at midnight.after other 20 minutes discussion they as for pay the 60% obviously in cash,so we paid because we didn't have another chance at that time.it was awful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at a Riad Dar Naima. The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable and the whole riad was quite attractive. It does need a few minor maintenance improvements but over all a nice ambiance. We ate here one night and the food was very good. They can arrange tours - the one to Meknes was great. Not so good was the guide they found us for a tour of the old medina. He was very knowledgeable but lost interest when we didn't buy from the many shops he took us to (he gets 5% commission). We thought Dar Naima was great and we recommend it.
