I am a professional cellist, an avid cyclist and a mom who is about to set child #2 free into the world, so I will have more time (but not money) to travel! I love nature and being outside whether it is biking, hiking, walking, cross-country skiing, or swimming in the ocean. My husband in Swedish, and we met in Norway while playing in the same orchestra. I have also lived in Sweden, Denmark, England and Italy, but am mostly fluent in Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. We are a family of cellists! Our son is now a professional cellist too, living in Japan and my husband and I are both cellists in the Cape Cod Symphony. Our daughter is also is a cellist. I will be traveling with my 18 year old daughter, and we are great buddies and very easy and helpful guests. I love to travel and loved living abroad for many years and also loved spending 7 summers in Colorado and New Mexico. I love to cook, and especially to bake. Some things I can't live without are my family, my wonderful friends, my bike, my cello, Italian food and sweets! I am a true people person...love to meet new people and can talk to just about anyone. Still have lots of things I want to do in my life, including biking across America, traveling to New Zealand and Australia, hiking in Norway again and biking back in Denmark. Music has always been my passion. Have played the cello since I was 9 and still love to do it! Life has been good and rich and full of many experiences. Looking forward to this new way of exploring new lands with Airbnb!
