The space

In addition, the flat comes with high-speed 500MBS internet, and a premium Time Warner Cable television package. The flat is also connected to a surround sound Sonos system, both for downstairs and upstairs, which can be used for playing music throughout the flat, or for watching television using surround sound.

Guests will have entire access to the apartment, and the building's common laundry room and rubbish room.

Interaction with guests

I will always be contactable via email or my USA cell. Either I will be there to exchange keys with the guests, myself, or if I am out of town, I will organise a Key Exchange with a service, at my expense, to exchange keys. After the booking, the spare keys can simply be left in the flat.

The neighbourhood

The location is unique in that the 3rd avenue location provides great taxi and public transport options, and the ability to walk East or West, and be in entirely different neighbourhoods. At the same time, the rear aspect of the means that the flat is extremely quiet.

Getting around

The closest subway stations are Astor Place (6) and 8th St NYU (N/R). These are less than a five minute walk. Within a five to ten minute walk, the L (3rd Avenue) and the F (Houston) can also be accessed. Taxis are a plenty on 3rd avenue, also.

The apartment was perfect. Lots of space, which is hard to find in New York. Adrian made key access and return easy. The location was perfect as well. Great neighborhood and easy access via walking or subway. I would highly recommend this apartment and when visiting New York again will hope to stay again.

Staying at Adrian's place was very easy. He kept up communication with me whenever I needed it and was easy to work with. Everything went smoothly for a 7 day stay. The place is very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could need. The metro is a few blocks away but it's not to bad. Perfectly located in the heart of east village and right by NYU!
