This recently renovated south facing 3-story townhouse has panoramic views over Alboran Sea, hills and golf course, which can be seen from its sunroof, terraces and balcony. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with en-suite, 1 with own bathroom), 1 guest toilet, lounge-diner, kitchen, garage for 1 large car, private guest parking bays, communal pool and gardens.
It is within 15min walk to the beach, water sports, family-friendly activities, restaurants, great views, parks, golf and Port Cabopino, Marbella.

The space

The townhouse is located in secured and gated friendly community Residencial "Royal Cabopino", Urbanization Artola Alta, Marbella, only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport, 15 minutes drive away from the city center of Marbella and 15 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, dunes, national park and Port Cabopino.
24-hour security covers the entire complex and the townhouse is professionally cleaned prior to every booking's commencement. There is also a 24-hour emergency number to call for any needs.

Communal pool, gardens, garage, secured guests parking bays, golf club Cabopino. Please contact Cabopino golf club for access times and pricing. The club is located on the top of the hill.

Dear Guests,
We have thought almost about everything to make your stay, safe, smooth, comfortable, pleasant, and hassle-free. From shampoo, shower gel, towels, 3 hair dryers to toilet paper in every bathroom you will have everything ready for your arrival. It is not our home. It is a place we have created for you to relax and enjoy.
Please enjoy it and let us know if anything you would love to see to be improved or added.
The townhouse is fully resisted at local town hall to provide short term accommodation and it is serviced by a local company which is located 5 min drive away with dedicated 24 hour phone line in case of any emergencies and needs for our guests.
You will be able to pick up and drop off the keys from townhouse at a lock box with a code provided to you before your arrival. After check-in in the lounge room you will find an information pack with all the info you may need during your stay.
The townhouse is cleaned after each guest. For long stays, if you require more beddings or towels please request and we will provide extra. We can also provide laundry and cleaning services according to your needs on request at extra charge.
You are more than welcome to use washer/dryer with detergent provided for your convenience.
Please have a look around when you checked in before going to the supermarket for something you may need.
Early and late check-in/-out are possible on request.
All utility bills are included in your stay.

All rooms do benefit from high ceilings and are independently climate controlled for cooling/heating/fan/dehumidification.

A spacious lounge with a large sofa, dinner table, chairs and tv provides generous space to move about without losing that quaint, cozy atmosphere when it’s time to cuddle up by the fireplace or snuggle on the terrace sofa with a good book.
A fully fitted kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glasses sets for 12 person, pans and pots, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, small mixer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine will cater for all your breakfast and daily cooking needs.

The house is equipped with Satellite TV via Hotbird with at least one channel from almost every country, fast satellite Internet via Wi-Fi, DTV with Spanish and English soundtrack options, 2 large S/UHD TVs, PlayStation 4, safe, electric window shutters, washer, dryer, dishwasher, hoover, 24 hour response burglar and emergency alarm. Weber gas BBQ is available for you to use on the ground terrace.

Washing lines are installed on the 1st floor terrace and the sunroof for your clothes to dry. A tumble dryer is also available on the ground floor terrace for you to use.
A washing mashing machine is located in the basement bathroom so you can do you laundry at any time.

Lounge, kitchen and exit are conveniently located on the ground floor to allow you to enjoy your time without disturbing anybody's sleep.

Restaurants and 24h Pharmacy are located within a 10 min walk. Nearest supermarket within 3 min drive or 10 min walk.
HC Marbella International Hospital within 20 min drive.
Marbella city is 10 min drive away.

This place was exactly as described. It had everything you need (including a hair dryer, shampoo, towels etc...). The experience in his house was awsome. Nice house which was full equiped and clean. Very comfortable rooms which were big and equiped with air conditioned. We needed another king size bed and he prepared it for us buying a new mattres!!! only for us!!! Moreover he prepared wirless for our arrival which worked very good. the terrace was very nice to spend night there having dinner and talking. The are was really cool. It was a calm area surrounded by cabo pino golf pitch, actually we could see a little area of this pitch from our house. It is near cabo pino beach which is very cool and remember to cadiz beaches. It is only 5 minutes by car. Apart from this is situated near from cabo pino port where u can go to have launch or dinner and is very nice. You even can have dinner next to famous people like happened to me and my friends. Of course I recommend this house not only to spend holiday but also to live for whole year!! Thank you very much Exelwood. We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible!!

It was a great pleasure to stay in Royal Cabopino. Both of us enjoyed it. The townhouse was as shown on the pictures, renovated and very comfortable. Alex welcomed us and was very helpful ... including to drive us around to show the area and facilitate our shopping !! (could have been difficult with more than 30° outside) Easy communication prior arrival and during our stay. The responsible of the urbanization, Jorge, is available too. Very helpful if you need informations or anything (for exemple to explain to the taxi where is exactly located the townhouse). We thanks a lot Alex for everything, and we definitely recommand him and his Royal Cabopino ! Elliot, Sam, Harry and Tom
