Wake to Paradise every morning with amazing ocean views and a stunning private garden. This luxurious, tastefully furnished 3 bedroom apartment is one of only six in a quiet residential complex. It is perfectly positioned, a short stroll to the stunning beaches, cafes and restaurants of Mooloolaba.

The space

The apartment is unusually roomy with 271 square metres of living space opening onto outdoor patio area and private gardens with stunning views to the ocean. It's a place where you can cut yourself off from the outside world if you wish.

It is beautifully furnished and is a home away from home. Upon entering you will immediately feel welcome, relaxed and "at home". Put away your car keys and enjoy the ideal location where everything is a stones throw away.

The open plan tiled living area is light and spacious. There is a TV/DVD player (No Foxtel) and a music docking station/CD player. We are not into techno when we come here, its a place we like to get away from it all, sorry no wifi but plenty of free spots close by of course :)

Though the Apartment consists of three bedrooms it is suitable also to the "couples that like space" as it is exceptionally private and quiet. All bedrooms are generously sized and are Berber wool carpeted.
The master bedroom opens onto the gardens and offers stunning views to the ocean. It has a queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe and generous en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has a king single trundle bed which can be utilized as two king singles ideal for a larger family, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes.

Quality linen bedding is provided and there is also a choice of pillows to ensure the most comfortable sleep :)

The main bathroom has a spa bath as well as walk in shower. There is a separate toilet/powder room located off the living area.
Quality towels are provided.
Beach towels provided also :)

A fully equipped kitchen with marble bench tops offers an ideal place to prepare food and casually dine at the breakfast bar or the more formal dining area.

A covered area on the patio makes for perfect outside dining, there is a gas BBQ for guests and an outside dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 and 2 sun lounges. Garden lights and water fountain add to the ambiance.

Electronically secured basement parking for two cars (side by side, not tandem) and internal lift.

Storage cage for bikes or surfboards are available.

Guest access

This is the entire home including exclusive and sole use of the gardens.
The gardens are professionally maintained every fortnight.

Interaction with guests

I have limited interaction with guests as I am based in Brisbane. The apartment has a welcome letter which includes detailed information about the apartment and surroundings and I am available by phone through out the entire duration of guests stay.
I like to meet all guests personally on site or at a pre organized convenient location to present keys.

Other things to note

There is a friendly " leave for others" policy going on here. You may find sauces, dressings, jam, butter etc in the fridge and books to read and leave on the book shelf. Fresh plunger coffee and tea selection are provided for three day stay
The apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of six.
We ask for a maximum of four adults only please.
Weekend rates (fri and Sat) $200 per night.
If you are solo or a couple using just the main guest room I will try to extend a special rate to you depending on availibility and length of stay. Please ask:)

- This is a private residential complex of only six apartments. There are permanent owners residing here and it is a very quiet complex. Please be mindful of others and keep all noise to a minimum.

- No groups of young singles, students, schoolies, hens or bucks parties :(

- Please make use of showers at the beach to wash off all sand before
entering the apartment.

- Cleaning products provided, please keep apartment clean and tidy.

- If you use the BBQ please ensure it has been wiped down after use.

- All rubbish from the kitchen bins to be emptied prior to your departure.

- All perishables items to be removed from the fridge.

- Please keep children under close supervision and ensure they do not play or climb on internal stairs leading to above apartments.

- We would greatly appreciate (time permitting) if you could separate used linen and towels so we know what needs laundering.

This is our holiday home, we want you to enjoy it along with the sights of Mooloolaba. Please treat our home with the respect it deserves as we would yours:)

We had a lovely week in Mooloolaba, the house is in perfect condition, and has everything inside you need and more, it comfortably sleeps 6, private garden, a few minutes walk to the most beautiful beach. Absolutely perfect for a family. Lots to do in the area, zoo, aquarium, wale watching, climb glass top mountain or just lounge on the beach. Supermarket just up the road and lovely coffee shops and restaurants on the waters front. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back, thank you so much. Maxine is a great host.

Had a great stay at Maxine's place. We arrived to a spotless apartment and the little touches like milk and coffee in the fridge made for a pleasant surprise. The outdoor space was great for our kids to run around and for us to sit and enjoy the view. The short walk to town was easily managed and supermarket easily located thanks to Maxine's notes. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Accessible to both Mooloolaba cafes & Main Beach and Alexander Beach. The outdoor area is brilliant - we've got 2 kids who loved having extra space to roam. Secure easy parking, very accessible and everything you need is in the apartment. Would def stay again.

It is a great spacious apartment with a really good private garden. There are sea views from the garden and outdoor dinning area. The garden has a great mix of sun and shade important if you come from mountains behind Melbourne. What we loved is that it is like moving into our own beach house virtually everything is there right down to note pads and pencils. The kitchen is very well equiped. Good quality linen is supplied which many places on the Sunshine coast do not. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches and a little bit further to eateries and supermarket. There is undercover secure parking in an underground car park. If you are very sensitive to traffic noise there is a bit from the road in front of the apartment but this is reduced by a heavy masonary wall. Maxine was excellent in her communications and really helpful we would definitely be staying there is we head that way again.

Maxine's home is really lovely. Close to the beach, shops and offers easy, comfortable living whether at her home or around the Sunshine Coast.
