About this listing
Hello, fellow "Airbnber", welcome to my flat!
It has great location in the heart of the Old Riga Town, easy accessible and has plenty of room for a single traveler, a couple or a couple with a small child.
I offer the entire one-bedroom place (39 m2), equipped with modern kitchen, jacuzzi and all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay and homelike feeling.
For more information, please, read the Description part below.
Have an enjoyable stay!
It's spacious and is a great place to stay for couples.
The kitchen is modern and supplied with all essentials. Big grocery shops are within walking distance, so you can always cook your own meals, or instead go to nearby restaurants to enjoy amazing Latvian food and get some inspiration for you recipes.
After exhausting day trips around the town you can relax in a hot jacuzzi to restore your energy levels, so you actually have SPA in your apartment.
I don't offer proper bed as it would take too much space in the room but the double sofa bed is comfortable and extra roll up mattress which you put on top makes it almost as real bed to sleep on. You can always easily convert it to a sofa to have more sitting space and chill out with your laptop and a cup of coffee.
We currently don't have enough sleeping space for couples with kids but I can arrange a travel cot bed and a highchair for a baby or a toddler if you give me a prior notice.
Entire apartment, 39 m²
No allocated parking, unfortunately.
However, there is a nearby public parking available from 10-12 EUR for 24h, I can give you tips on how to save on parking.
All public transport and taxis are just around the corner.
You can easily travel to the Airport or Jurmala seaside by public transport and save on petrol and parking.
- Check out before 12PM
- Check in after 2PM (flexible by prior arrangement, check-ins after 23:00 are subject to additional charge of 10EUR to cover the cost of the taxi for the host)
