The space
Magnificent apartment managed by Sharing Co and furnished for 3 people located in one of the best residential areas of Madrid, Nuevos Ministerios.
The apartment has two comfortable furnished bedrooms in a cozy manner, one with a double bed and the second with a single bed to have a comforting rest after enjoying the wonders that Madrid offers. The property, in addition to being designed for your comfort, has spaces that guarantee #ThatHomeFeeling: A living room with a smart Tv, a fully equipped kitchen to feel comfortable cooking your favorite recipes, and a trendy bar-style dining area in the kitchen to share pleasant moments with those accompanying you on your adventure in Madrid. The property's bathroom is furnished with a shower, Wc, and all the necessary amenities for you to take relaxing showers and forget about routine.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of the city, Nuevos Ministerios. Situated in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that perfectly represents the essence of Madrid. In this area, you can enjoy everything from museums and historic centers to typical bars and restaurants.
Moreover, the area has an unmatched spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, each corner tells you a new story, so during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past eras and just a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.
Going shopping on Orense Street or Bravo de Murillo Street, enjoying a delicious meal in hundreds of restaurants, having a beer in one of the typical bars, getting to know the spectacular Picasso Tower in the Azca financial district are just some of the plans you can enjoy.
The housing is perfectly located, next to the Nuevos Ministerios station where you can take lines 6 and 10, which makes it very well connected to the airport, Atocha station, and the city center. Ideal for both getaways and business (we are very close to Azca). Walking, you can also find interesting places such as Paseo de la Castellana and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, surrounded by restaurants, leisure areas, and shopping centers like Modas Shopping, El Corte Inglés de Castellana.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a temporary lease contract
2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 150 Eur per month (The amount applies to the total combined utility expenses). Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet service is complementary for all stays and will not be considered here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 Eur
