3 spacious double bedrooms, large living area and delux kitchen. This victorian period property has been converted to modern living, with bespoke interior finishes and a mix of vintage and designer furnishings. Whether you're looking for a family friendly get away, or perhaps travelling with friends, you can feel at ease amongst beautiful decor and be walking distance to all that Saint Leonards on Sea and Hastings offers; beach, restaurants, bars, cinema, galleries, the pier, shopping and parks.

The space
The property is a private, self contains internal annexe with it's own private entrance and is part of a larger Grade II listed Victorian property. Split over two levels. Ground floor: entry, kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry and bathroom. First floor: three bedrooms and bathroom. The propery has an internal staircase, which has a sliding door at the top (which works as a stair gate for those with smaller children).

Please note all bedrooms have blackout blinds. The main bedroom also benfits from having it's own seperate WC.

Guest access
Guests enter via a private entrance of their own. There is free car space by the house. A second space may be available on request. There is also plenty of free, on street parking. We have a 11kw car charger, which can be used by agreement with a charge for the electricity paid by guests in cash. Please contact us before arrival if you wish to use this.
