My apartment is close to Double Bay village & Edgecliff station. You’ll love my home because of the neighbourhood and the ambiance. My apartment is great for couples and business travellers.
The apartment is actually a two (2) bedroom however the second bedroom will be locked and not available to guests. You will have the entire space to yourself.
That being said, it is not your typical 1-bedroom; it is spacious and comfortable, and most guests are happily surprised how large the space is
Interaction with guests
I am available at all times should guests require any advice or have any concerns. If I do happening to be away or unavailable, I have two (2) brothers and a sister who will be contactable.
Double Bay is a vibrant neighbourhood full of bars, restaurants and cafes. Everything you will require is in easy walking distance. My building is set back from the road and my apartment is probably the most quiet and peaceful in the building overlooking a tranquil garden.
My apartment is within 200m of the train and bus station and about 400m from the ferry. There is street parking available and limited visitor parking on the premises. A lock up garage can be arranged for a nominal fee (approx $100 per week) subject to availability.
Other things to note
There is some construction in the area however disruption is limited and should not impact upon your stay if you are out & about exploring Sydney.
