The apartment is one of the best of Haapsalu Old Town with a stunning sea view (especially magical during the sunrise and sunset) and a large balcony facing the promenade. This big 100m2 apartment is located in a gorgeous and peaceful neighbourhood and a very prestigious 18th century house, which is fully renovated.

The space
The exclusive apartment consists of two floors situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor (entrance is from the 1st floor) of the building. There are 3 spacious rooms with oak floors, area in total being 100m2, accompanied with a large terrace. The stunning seaview can be seen from the balcony of the living room as well as from one of the bedrooms. The living room also has a 55'' Smart TV, which can be connected to the WIFI. The apartment is furnished with brand new ISKU furniture. The space is full of light, has very comfortable beds, a nice bath and kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, hot water boiler, oven and fridge available).

The house is situated on the Haapsalu promenade. Exactly between the house and the sea there is a pear where you can rent a boat and enjoy the swans on sea and the extraordinarily colourful skies of Haapsalu.
The area is also famous for having been visited by the Czar family and Pjotr Tchaikovski on several occasions. In the 200m distance there is also the famous Kuursaal where often concerts are held and which can be seen from the balcony of the apartment. The city centre is 500m away with a lot of cozy cafes and a Medieval fortress nearby (650m, 8-min walk).
