My place is close to all the main attractions in Bath; The Royal Crescent, The Circus, The Roman Baths, The Assembly Rooms and the town centre are all within an easy 5 minute walk.
You’ll love my place because of it's very central and is right in the heart of Georgian Bath.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The space

The sofa bed is located in the living room of my flat, which is the largest of the rooms. You can leave the bed out or fold it away each time after use - its up to you.
The amenities are very basic, so this would suit someone on a budget who would rather not stay in a hostel and still be close to all of the attractions of Bath.

Guest access

You can use the kitchen and bathroom which would be shared with me, and of course the living room which you would have to yourself.

Interaction with guests

I would be more than happy to tell you about good places to see in Bath as well as have recommendations for good restaurants and pubs.

Other things to note

I work full-time, so would not really be available Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm, so this may impact when I'm free to meet you to let you in and show you around. Saying that, you will also have a lot of time to yourself in the flat if you so wish.

Great location for spending a few nights in Bath. It's close to bus stops but it's only a 10 minute walk to get to the shops (about 20 to get to the train station). Good value, and the sofa bed is quite comfortable! It's in a quiet part of town so no worries on noise during the weekend.

Sarah was a good host and made a great effort to accommodate us, as we had transport delays and ended up arriving later than expected. We very much appreciated this. Room was as described, as was the house and location. Walking distance to all the great sights of Bath. Very lovely stay.

As the cheapest place in Bath, Sarah's place is a bargain! She was very generous. It was clean and lovely.

Felt very welcomed. Sarah was away so communicated etc with her friend whilst staying. Only saw her once, but I was at work during the day so she might have been back whilst I was out. Very convenient whilst waiting for my accommodation to be ready. Sarah was very flexible and helpful as I required a slightly longer stay than required, and Sarah checked in with me to make sure my stay was ok.

Location was great, within walking distance to most of the town's attractions. For the price, the place was great value for money, had all the basic amenities that was needed. Sarah was very helpful before arrival and provided useful information for places to park our car and preparing the parking permits. There was a minor hiccup on arrival with the handing over of keys but this was finally remedied. Overall a positive experience.

Really great flat up in the hills of north Bath. It's a brief walk into town, and I found that I liked being slightly removed from the center to get some more hilly views. Sarah was very friendly! Would stay again.
