Why I Fell In Love:
Waking up to the early morning sound of song birds and ravens while wandering outside with a steaming cup of hot coffee only to find a mother deer and her fawn gazing up at me calmly was one experience out of many that made me fall in love with this place.
Enjoying the intense greenery of the forest playing off the dappled light on the deck while lounging in a king size rocking chair and watching the sun fade to brilliant hues of red and gold with a glass of pinot noir was another.
Leaning out over the balcony in the pitch blackness of night (no street lights!) as crickets came to life under a blanket of twinkling stars was yet one more reason I fell in love.
