This flat was great and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Swanage. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach, supermarket, shop and the main town. Check-in and check-out was really simple and we had no problems. The actual flat was lovely, it was extremely clean and included everything you could need and having a balcony was an extra bonus. Thanks again William :)

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. With a growing young family we needed space for us all and somewhere easy and convenient. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for travel cots in all bedrooms if needed (one supplied + one highchair) . Very well equipped and location is superb. Three minutes to the beach and five mins ish to the shops and town centre. Parking very easy right outside the property. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect for a family get together. Comfortable and spacious penthouse flat equipped with everything we needed for a week over Christmas. Walking distance from the beach and Swanage railway station / town centre. The Christmas tree was a really nice touch! William is very easy to get hold of and responded to all my messages right away.

Unfortunately due a delay on my part I wasn't able to meet William but the welcome and handover of keys went smoothly. The apartment was excellent, nice bedrooms and a spacious lounge and all in first class condition. We had all the amenities as described and the location was perfect for getting into Swanage. Overall a great experience and would definitely return.

This property is a beautiful penthouse flat set in a very convenient location in Swanage. William's communication throughout was very prompt and informative. This accommodation offers fantastic value for money for what is offered, in one of the loveliest towns in England.

I stayed at William's beautiful penthouse with some of my family members. We were delighted with the accommodation which has a lovely light and airy feel to it. The beds were amazingly comfortable and although the sofas in the lounge were not so as they are sofa beds, we were very comfortable relaxing in various ways. Located just a few moments walk away from the beautiful sandy beach of Swanage Bay. Each morning I took a short 10 minute walk via the promenade into the quaint town to buy amazing fresh bread and croissants for breakfast from the superb little Haynans bakery (8 Institute Way). William was a great host, communicated well and timely right from my initial enquiry, throughout the booking process and during our stay. I can't recommend William's penthouse enough - it's the perfect space to share with family and friends alike. In the few days since being home, I have deliberated over dates to return in 2017 and am delighted to be visiting again not once but twice! Well done William for providing such lovely accommodation and being a great host - Thank you. Mark Rowlands
