Where you’ll be
Waipapa, Northland, New Zealand
Our cottage is set in a semi-rural setting yet close to Kerikeri and a stones throw from Waipapa. Some of the most beautiful beaches NZ has to offer are within a short drive.
Next door to the cottage you will find a gorgeous blueberry farm that opens in the summer to locals and visitors, here you can find a great atmosphere on a sunny day and even better blueberry ice creams and frozen yoghurts, a local favourite!
Rainbow falls is just a 5 minute drive down the road. This short, easy walk is suitable for buggies and leads to the stunning Rainbow Falls on the Kerikeri River.
Waipapa and all its shops are just down the road if you need a spot of shopping and Kerikeri and its abundance of cafes, restaurants, markets and great vibes are just minutes away.
Only 20 minutes of easy driving to Paihia and the Bay of Islands and a leisurely couple of hours drive up to North Cape and Cape Reinga to view the lighthouse which is a must do while in the North.
The region offers unlimited great fishing opportunities and we can assist with secure boat parking by prior arrangements.
