Description

The space

Our guest quarters are adjoined to the main house although the room is separate and private from the main house. It has its own separate private entrance with a unique stepping stone entry over a landscaped creek bed. The room has a gas log fire for heating , toaster and kettle and a small kitchen table for having breakfast or a coffee. The bedroom has a double bed and built in robe. The separate bathroom has a roomy shower, toilet and vanity. The room looks out onto the front garden area and rustic water feature that flows with natural rain water.

Guest access

Guests have their own parking area and access to the backyard which has a pool , BBQ and covered outdoor setting. As we are a family with two young children, these outdoor areas are used by us as well on week ends and evenings in the warmer months.

Interaction with guests

We are available for any questions and suggestions on what to do in the local area and down the Mornington Peninsula. Being avid surfers and bushwalkers, we are happy to show you the many beaches and parks of the region.

The neighbourhood

Our area is set in a unique woodland area that is peaceful, relaxed and abundant with bird life. In close proximity to the property are bushwalking tracks and creek settings. As the blocks are large, other houses are fairly inconspicuous in the natural setting.

Getting around

Although there is a local set of shops within walking distance that consist of a bakery, milk bar, fish'n'chip shop and a liquor store, the main Mt. Eliza shopping strip is a 5 minutes drive away. Your own car is recommended to explore the wider peninsulas Wineries and beaches.
