Being a host is not a job but a pleasure, we welcome our tenants ourselves and our home is not a key box. As for your departure time, as you yourself said, it was scheduled for 13h and for you to be nice, we agreed upon your arrival to advance at 8:45. Then during your stay, you stubbornly wanted to impose other conditions, namely to leave the premises at a time when we could not be present to do the inventory, but you knew it ... We you specify moreover that the coffee machine worked perfectly on your arrival, and that according to the service of troubleshooting it is a mistake of handling of one of the bibs which blocked it (but we do not hold you rigorous) .
We also advise you that for the next hosts that will receive you, it would be good for you to warn them of the delay in taking off your plane before the departure of the latter and not once it has landed, because do not forget that you arrived late without warning us, and despite that our welcome was not less warm.
We were really surprised and sorry for your attitude, but it had to happen someday.
