(4). The Lessor will return the deposit when the Lessee vacates the house, and when all property is in good condition.(The electric cost out of monthly deducted from the deposit).

(3). The Lessee agrees to be responsible for the payments for electricity of 6 baht per Unit. Record started units on arrival will be paid for departure.
(4). The deposit of 3000 Baht, pay on arrival by cash or through BNB.
(5). The Lessor will return the deposit when the Lessee vacates the house and when all property is in good condition. The electric cost will be deducted from the deposit.
(6). The Lessee is required to keep the area inside and around the house clean and orderly.
*** 700 Baht will be charged per time for cleaner on requested.
*** 600 Baht for bed linen laundry per time requested.
*** Other laundry service costs depended on each service time.
(7). The Lessee is required to take good care of the house, properties and not make a loud noises or carry out any actions which cause a nuisance to others.
(8). The Lessee is required to be responsible for their personal belongings. The Lessor will not take responsibility for any damage or loss.
(9). The Lessee must not change, modify, attach, or demolish any parts of the room or the other belongings of the Lessor. Otherwise, the Lessee will be required to return them to the same condition or to compensate them for any changes.
(10). If any electrical appliances, such as the TV, refrigerator, air-conditioner, washing machine and water heater are out of order, the Lessee should not repair them and is required to inform the Lessor as soon as possible.
(11). Pets are not allowed inside or outside the house.
(12). Flammable substances, hazardous substances, and contraband must not be kept in the house.
(13). In case there are any suspicious acts, or the Lessor want to check the house, the Lessee shall permit the Lessor or its representative to inspect the house at any time without prior notice, or the Lessee will be notified in advance. It depends on the situation.
(14). The Lessee will provide a copy of each resident’s passport to the Lessor.
(15). This contract is made into two copies. One is kept with the Lessor, and the other is informed the Lessee in BNB rule.
The Lessee willingly agrees to all details in this contract and agrees to follow all regulations in this contract. Therefore, the Lessee agrees to this contract by reading this rule before booking.
