Check in time is 5PM - 12AM (midnight)

-Please do NOT wear shoes in the house, so that the carpets can be as nice for the next guests.

-The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday.

-Check-in is between 5pm and 11pm, and check-out is by 12am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first.

-Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke out the front)

-We are happy for people to come and visit you, however please ask permission for guests.

-Please remember to return the keys to The Cosy Club after your stay!

-Please keep noise down after 11pm to respect neighbours.

-To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the front gate locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.

This is one of the best place to stay at Taunton as the location is superbly good. Close to almost everything that my family and I needed like dining and shopping and even free parking for our car! Besides location, the house is also very clean, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are very comfortable to have a good night sleep. Will definitely stay again if we drop by at Taunton in the near future!

A lovely 3 bed house in the centre of Taunton but still quiet. Two enclosed, secluded, outdoor areas - dining room into a wisteria hanging small courtyard which can seat 4 and, front of house has a bench and small garden both would be great extra space in the summer. Good sized open kitchen and dining room, serene living room, good size bedrooms one with a large walk-in wardrobe hidden behind a mirror. The only comment is the water to the bathroom wasn't 'instant', a long pipe from boiler to shower?! but really not a big deal. I'd happily move in! Sarah was chatty, very helpful and hardly around.

Sarah and Jeremy's place is in a lovely secluded alleyway. It was quiet and peaceful despite still being easily walkable to the central bus station, shops and restaurants! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I believe there are 3 bedrooms rented out on airbnb although I was the only one there the night I stayed. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet the hosts due to an emergency, but communication, check in and contact were great - very friendly and amenable! Everything was as advertised. Perfect stay for anyone looking to explore Taunton or the surrounding area. Thanks!

Made to feel welcome by Sarah and Jeremy,my room was hoovered and bed made on my arrival hence slight delay getting into to my room but rewarded with a lovely cup of tea. Sarah and Jeremy made me feel so welcome and invited me to join them for dinner but I was so tired due to a long drive and first day in a new job, which I told Sarah and she kindly offered to make me supper. I crashed out into a cosy and warm bed. Communication was great and so were directions but I did get lost due to my poor sense of directions! Parking was in the Cresent Carpark a very short walk that's free after 6pm to 8.00am. As a lone woman I felt safe walking around the area and eating out at the Cosy Place. Would stay again. Loved the bed!

Sarah & Jeremy User Profile

We are mother and son and we work together to give our guests the best experience with us. Sarah was born in Ascot and brought up in Wiltshire. Jeremy was born and brought up in Cheltenham.

We both love traveling - Jeremy used Airbnb while travelling around Europe and could not have recommended it more. Traveling has been a major part of Sarah's life having taken a '10 year gap year' traveling around the world. It happened over time rather than intentionally.

Sarah has worked in the property sector for a long time. She was introduced to it by Jeremy and thinks Airbnb is a great idea, it has been a great success so far and we have met some amazing guests.

We both share a passionate hobby which is horse riding, we enter many events with the horses and they're an important part of our life.
