first of all I want to thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed our lovely kitchen and the beautiful place itself.
Regarding your difficulties to find the place, i assume your device might have not worked properly, since i sent you a detailed description on how to find it on the one handside and on the other handside it indeed appears on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps.
Like you already mentioned yourself, the owners do not speak english well, that's why I'm there to help and solve problems that might occure.
The first day you informed me about the hot water issue and we took care of it immediately. Your feedback the next day proofed that.
The second day you asked for help to turn on the heating system and the owner came over again.
You were not moved to any other unit, simply because I didn't receive any notification of you, that the hot water was lacking again.
Telling me about it on the day of your departure, i regard it as an unfortunate communication problem.
I am truly sorry that there was an issue in the first place and therefor you couldn't enjoy your stay as much as you wished and we hoped!
Since Airbnb is still a personal accommodation platform and it's based on trust and respect, I do want to mention house rules.
The kitchen was not left behind in the conditions we agreed on. So if there are any basic rules beforehand, I kindly ask you to obtain them, like I did to you on the day of your arrival.
