Lovely stay in a lovely house with a lovely host. Lucy is welcoming and corresponds well in the lead up to your stay. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Rooms were lovely, light and airy. Setting is fabulous - rural with great views. The terrace with views over the estuary was amazing and we took some great photos. We chose continental breakfast which had lots of choice to please the whole family. Everything you could need was provided from hot chocolate for the children to cold milk ready for tea in the morningin your room and even the offer of a glass of wine for me when we arrived. Fab!

My husband Geoff and myself have lived here for 30 years and have always had a very busy household with 3 daughters (and lots of their friends) growing up plus their ponies, dogs & cats.

Now that our youngest daughter has left home, I felt that the house was much too quiet and decided to open our home to visiting guests.

We have recently joined airbnb on the recommendation of a friend and our first guests came earlier this year and I am really enjoying being a hostess ! I love meeting people and want to ensure that all guests have a wonderful break whilst they are with us and are thoroughly spoiled.

The things I love are family life, long walks, cutting the grass, music, books, cooking, chocolate - me in a nutshell.
