The upstairs open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the ocean views. The spacious lounge area flows effortlessly onto the ocean-facing balcony, where you can soak up the sea breeze or watch the sunset over the waves.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, an induction cooktop, oven, fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining butler’s pantry offers extra space for meal prep, making cooking and entertaining a breeze.

For additional relaxation, the downstairs lounge room provides a cozy retreat with a comfortable sofa and two stylish armchairs that can be converted into single beds upon request.
