The space
This modern, self-contained two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is on the lower floor of a newly built, architect designed two storey house. The interiors are light and airy and tastefully furnished.

The apartment features quality fixtures, fittings, and furnishings throughout. It offers a private entrance and boasts a view overlooking a serene courtyard. Guests can come and go as they please and will enjoy the convenience of on-site parking, use of the internal courtyard and access to laundry facilities. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffee pod machine along with an assortment of pots, pans, and cooking implements. Basic cooking items such as oil, salt pepper, tea, sugar and coffee are supplied. All the equipment that you need to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal is right at your fingertips.

The lounge area has a TV with several streaming channels such as Netflix, Binge and Britbox The bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a restful sleep, free from early morning light. The apartment features polished concrete flooring with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort and warmth during the cooler months. All linens including beach towels are provided.

The charming cafes of Stanwell Park are a 10 minute walk away, offering a mix of local eateries, boutiques shops and a relaxed costal vibe. Stanwell Park Beach is just a 12-minute walk away, known for its golden sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, surfing, or simply enjoying a peaceful day by the sea. For the more adventurous, a 15-minute walk will take you to Bald Hill, where you will be treated to panoramic views of the coastline and the surrounding escarpment.

The Illawarra region is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, and Stanwell Park is a gateway to some of the area’s best offerings. The nearby Royal National Park, a 15-minute drive away, boasts numerous walking trails, picnic areas, and breathtaking views.
