Seascape has stunning sea views from all windows including outer harbour views from the lounge, this top floor apartment is light and airy with a contemporary and peaceful feel. Seascape is a highly desirable apartment with many new furnishings, bedding and appliances throughout! You'll be a stones throw from the beach with Eastbourne town centre easily within walking distance along the promenade.

The neighbourhood

From beaches and countryside to shopping and history, there truly is something for everyone. Some of the seafront attractions include water sports, children's theme parks, mini golf, gardens, a leisure pool, train and boat trips. Enjoy fun filled trips to the beach or the South Downs National Park, then soak up the local atmosphere in one of the many restaurants, wine bars or traditional pubs. Eastbourne is the gateway to the new South Downs National Park that begins at the foot of the iconic Beachy Head. Visit Beachy Head, the Seven Sisters country park, Cuckmere valley, the Long Man of Wilmington and pretty downland villages. For history lovers, visit nearby Hastings and find out about the 1066 Battle of Hastings at Battle Abbey or explore local Castles including Lewes and Herstmonceux. Eastbourne is also a good base for exploring the South East of England and Central London is only 90 minutes on the train and takes you through the beautiful Sussex and Surrey countryside.
