We are excited to offer our newly constructed, cozy and inviting guesthouse! It is a spacious 1-story home detached from the main house with its own entrance and parking space.

The high ceilings and open layout create a bright, airy atmosphere, complemented by modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Located within walking distance to the trolley and a variety of local eateries, it's the perfect spot to explore the city.

*Please note: A 3-Night minimum stay is required during holiday weekends

The space
This newly built guesthouse is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up for comfortable living. High ceilings and luxury vinyl plank flooring give it a modern vibe, and the open layout makes it feel even more spacious. The living area includes a TV, an L-shaped couch, and a side table, with direct access to the front patio where built-in benches and a table give you a nice spot to hang out. The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a butcher block island with seating, and a pantry.

There are two bedrooms, each with its own personality. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, sliding glass doors that lead to a private back patio, a closet, and an en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and modern fixtures. The second bedroom has a twin-sized day bed that can expand into a king and a closet, and it opens up to the outside. This is ideal for up to 4 guests. An infant or toddler is welcome to stay as a 5th guest.

Each room has its own mini-split for personalized climate control, and ceiling fans have been installed in both bedrooms and the living room to keep air moving comfortably throughout the day. The home has a reverse osmosis water purifier.

You'll also have shared use of the backyard and a driveway parking spot.

The property offers many location conveniences and is within walking distance of stores and coffee shops. The nearest trolley station is less than a mile away, a 10 minute walk, which can be used to reach many destinations throughout San Diego.

Guest access
You will have a separate private entrance to the guesthouse that is accessible through a gated door with a code.

The backyard is a shared space with a play structure and outdoor seating available.
