This place is located close to a great view, the beach, family-friendly activities, Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU-Hawaii Campus, and the Hawaii Latter-day Saints Temple. Less than a half a mile to a beach. A walk down the hill and you are in the village of Laie. Grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, and bus transportation stops. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Changes coming starting 2018.
Just over 650 sq. ft, this apartment has two rooms and a full kitchen.
An email will be sent 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival to provide basic access information for our guests.

Property manager/owners are available by phone 6am to 6pm daily. Physically available from 4pm to 7pm daily.
Other things to note
The home was built in the 1950's, upgraded in the same fashion of the original home in the 1990s. The walls are thin, and because there is no carpeting throughout the apartment/home sound does travel. The Tradewinds are the island natural air conditioner and we encourage you to open the windows for fresh air (especially the bedrooms where the unit A/C does not reach).
The Security Deposit is refundable, unless there are damages, needed replacements, or guests wish to use the laundry facilities, of which only that which is used by the guests will be deducted.
The laundry facilities are used by house residents. Only in cases of emergencies and/or advance permission of the owners in writing (email) would renters be allowed to use the laundry facilities. Additional information is in the Guest book in the apartment. **noted in House Rules**
