Welcome to My Sanctuary – a unique experience in the heart of Riyadh!

Discover a blend of luxury and comfort in my carefully designed apartment, where rare décor meets the latest in entertainment and technology. It is located near the metro station (Ministry of Defense station), 7 minutes walk from the residence.

There is a new touch in our home where we have provided you with "PC GAMING" with high standards and 500 GB of fiber optic internet connected to the modem, and there is a store in my account that has been loaded with more than one online game. You can start the adventure and fun.

The space
An eye-catching apartment consisting of:

- A spacious living room, a 70-inch TV, board and paper games, a mini library with various books, including religious, historical and novels, and also an electric Aladdin carpet that you can use because we provided it for you to enjoy in the neighborhoods and streets of the heart of Riyadh.

- A small kitchen with two electric eyes, a microwave, a small refrigerator, and all the basic simple cooking needs, and we also did not forget to adjust your mood with coffee and tea, so there is a coffee machine and a kettle.

- A laundry corner from the prestigious Hitachi company, 100% washing and drying, and its needs of soap and others are available in a box next to it.

- There's a balcony and there's a little sitting area to breathe fresh air and change the atmosphere.

- There is a bathroom for the living room without a shower and another bathroom inside the bedroom with a shower.

- A bedroom isolated from the atmosphere of the apartment and the world is divided into two parts, a section in which you rest your head and sleep, and a section in which the digital planet competes with the players in the PC.

• A small kitchen equipped with a two-burner electric stove, microwave, mini fridge, and all the basic cooking essentials. And because we care about your mood, we've got a coffee machine and a kettle for your caffeine fix!
• A laundry corner featuring a Hitachi washer-dryer (100% wash & dry efficiency). Detergents and other essentials are available in a nearby box.
• A balcony with a cozy seating area—perfect for fresh air and a little change of scenery.
• Two bathrooms: One in the living area (without a shower), and another inside the bedroom with a walk-in shower.
• A bedroom that's completely isolated from the rest of the apartment (and the world!). It's divided into two zones: one for peaceful sleep and relaxation, and another for hardcore gaming on the PC in your very own digital universe.
