The space
Our spacious and fully furnished unit comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests, offering plenty of beds and extra room for everyone to relax. Enjoy a complete kitchen and a large dining area, perfect for home-cooked meals, group bonding, and shared memories.
Step out onto the private balcony for peaceful nature views, ideal for morning coffee or quiet evening chats surrounded by trees. Designed with big groups, families, and reunions in mind, the space offers comfort, convenience, and room to create unforgettable moments.
You’ll also have safe, gated parking so you can bring your car with ease and peace of mind. Centrally located and just a short walk from Burnham Park, you’ll enjoy quick access to public transport, popular tourist spots, local markets, and well-loved restaurants.
And even with its prime location, the neighborhood stays quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a full day of exploring Baguio.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit, including:

Other things to note
1. Each booking is entitled to one (2) reserved car parking slot free of charge. If you are bringing more than two vehicle, an additional fee of ₱350 per night per extra car applies.

2. Towels are not included.
If you prefer not to pack towels to save space in your luggage, our friendly caretakers offer towels for rent at only ₱50 each for the entire stay. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare them for you.
3. Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. This policy is in place to maintain cleanliness, ensure the comfort of all our guests, and comply with building regulations.
4. STRICTLY NO SMOKING on our premises.
5. Just a quick heads-up:
This unit is 1 level underground, so you’ll need to take a few flights of stairs to reach it. It’s quiet, cool, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The space has proper ventilation, good lighting, and feels just like home, only more peaceful! If you’re okay with stairs and want a comfy, private spot to unwind, this is a great fit!
