The space
This deluxe courtyard villa has vaulted ceilings. The eat-in kitchen has a dining room table that seats four. The kitchen has been remodeled, with new lighting, granite countertops, new large double sink, disposal and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, and a large assortment of baking and cooking items for your cooking pleasure. There is a large pantry plus cabinets in the kitchen. A front load washer and dryer is in the garage.
The 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. The living room couch folds out into a queen bed. The house has a two 55-inch smart TV. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and walk in master shower.
The house has a "Florida Room", glassed in with ceiling fan and a 34inch TV, surrounded by a well-manicured private back yard.
Guest access
During your stay:
*We have provided towels, sheets, toiletries, coffee, etc. for your stay.
*The nightly Town Square concerts are free from 5-9pm.
*Come and enjoy the good life: Golf, tennis, swimming, pickle ball, shopping, fine dining, nightly live concerts, and dancing under the stars.
*There are many activities available with an activity card for free, Golf requires a $50 fee per person card fee for your entire stay.
*Our charming patio villa is located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods, Belvedere which is close to Lake Sumpter Town Square.
Lake Sumter Town Square is only about a five-minute golf cart or bike ride. There is nearby shopping, pharmacy, hospital, banking, restaurants and more.
Pimlico recreation center is minutes away and you can enjoy a lovely swimming pool, and wide variety of clubs & games.
Glenview country club is close by with championship golf courses, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner.
The home is quiet and on a dead-end street.
The entire house will be your private oasis.

Access is thru a private front door, with electronic keypad lock.
The Villages does require that all guests carry a pass and picture ID when using amenities. The passes can be picked up at the Lake Sumter guest center.

Please note that the Villages is a 55+ community, meaning at least one guest must be 55+ and no guests under 19 are eligible to reside in the house.
This house is rented seasonally, shorter durations in the offseason of the warm months and longer terms during the high season of the cooler months. Rates are adjusted accordingly as well.
