Welcome to Oak Nook, a truly unique and luxurious self-contained annex, expertly renovated from its former life as a florist and hairdressers. Every inch of this 42-square-metre space has been thoughtfully redesigned with new features throughout, delivering a fresh and comfortable stay. In keeping with this Oak Nook is reserved for guests with verified profiles and proven positive stay history, ensuring the same quality experience we ourselves would expect.

Strategically situated on the B1007 between Chelmsford and Billericay, Oak Nook boasts exceptional transport links. You'll find easy access to major road networks including the A12, M25, A127, and A130. For those preferring public transport, we are conveniently located on a main bus route, and regular train services to London are readily available from both Chelmsford and Billericay stations.

There are 2 pubs, 3 restaurants, a parade of shops (including launderette, highly reputed fish & chip shop, library, Morrisons, Butchers, Hairdressers & Pharmacy) within a 5 minute walk form the apartment. Larger supermarkets, petrol stations, Ultra fast EV charging points are a 5 minute drive.

Guests will enjoy exclusive and completely private access to the entire Oak Nook annex, ensuring a self-contained and uninterrupted stay. You will have your own private front door for independent entry and exit.

For your peace of mind and convenience, complimentary off-road parking for one car is available directly on the property's driveway. This area is monitored by CCTV for enhanced security. Upon arrival, clear instructions for accessing the property and using the parking space will be provided, ensuring a smooth and hassle-in check-in process.

Our location makes Oak Nook perfect if you're attending a wedding or any event at nearby venues. We're close to Crondon Park, Hylands House, State Fayre. Stockbrook Manor, Ivy Barns, Baddow Park House, Ingatestone Hall, Greenwoods Hotel, Pontlands Park, Ariana Gardens, Furze Hill, Boreham House, and many other popular venues in the area. Subject to host availability, we may be able to arrange free drop-off to venues within 3 miles (outbound journey only). With prior notice, early luggage drop-off may also be arranged – please contact us before check-in day to discuss.
