Apartment features

2 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, living and dinning area all looking out over the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean
The two large bedrooms both have state of the art stone en-suites.
The master bedroom features a king size bed off a large ensuite with its own plantation style spa bath to soothe those limbs after a day exploring this beautiful area.
The second bedroom features two joinable king single beds and opens on to a second large private balcony.
Both balconies have uninterrupted views over the Pacific ocean and are supplied with NEW outdoor furniture and sun lounges.
The open plan living and dining area look out over a large expansive balcony to the full expanse of the Ocean.
The apartment is fitted with all new and modern appliances and privacy is afforded by retractable plantation shutters throughout. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, microwave, oven, stove and a brand new dishwasher, as well as brand new appliances for cooking and all cutlery.


The Salt precinct

The Salt precinct has been designed for your enjoyment. Restaurants in the area range from 1 hatted 'Fins' and the Peppers Restaurant, to family friendly Italian, Thai and Sea Salt Pizzeria. There is also the Saltbar bistro for very affordable meals. Something for everyone when you need a break from apartment cusine. Within a 2 minute walk is an IGA supermarket for supplies, a hairdresser, a great bottle shop, the Salt bar and the best Gelateria in Australia. Sitting just behind the resort is the Golden Door Spa, located at the Peppers resort. Enjoy all the pampering this outlet offers from massages, facials ect. To the rear of the complex lies the Cudgen Creek which is a wonderful, safe location for fishing, swimming, boating or having a creek side barbecue.
Bikes and swimming equiptment can be hired from the resort.
Park your car in the secured underground parking, you may choose to leave it there for your whole stay, as everything you need is right on your doorstep.
Salt is perfectly poised to be your base for exploring the best of what the region has to offer. It is located a short 15 minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport. A 30 minute drive south sees you at Byron Bay and the same drive north will see you in Surfers Paradise. The amazing north coast hinterland with its famous Mount Warning is within a 45 minute travel and Brisbane can be reached in 1 hour and 10 minutes.
