This one bedroom apartment is lovely, furninshed with help of a decorator.
There is A/C in the summer and heating in the winter
Good quality linens and towels provided.
A toaster oven and an electric burner is provided in a small kitchenette.
We can accomodate both kosher and non kosher guests.
The location is excellent ,near the Old City and near downtown Jerusalem and near the trendy Mammilla Promenade.
The building is an older residential apartment building and is not new and fancy. It is on the first floor so there are 14 steps to get to the apartment from the entrance of the building. There are also 7 steps to get to the building from the sidewalk.
We gutted and completely renovated the apartment and it looks just as you see in the pictures.
One can walk to the Western Wall and to both Jewish and Christian holy sites in the Old City .
The apartment is near the busy downtown , city center and the Old City neighborhoods with lots of cafes and shopping very close by.
The new trendy Mamilla Promenade is just two blocks away where there is more shopping and restaurnats.
You can find lots of eating options ranging from Israeli fast food like falafel and shwarma to elegant dining in a fancy restaurant.
It is also walking distance to the David Citadel Hotel and lots of other popular hotels.
The apt is also near lots of public transportation and near the new Jerusalem light rail.
We have another one bedroom apartment right next door to this apartment so two couples or a large family can rent both spaces and have both privacy and a feeling of being together.

I was born and educated in Brooklyn, New York and my husband is from Houston, Texas. We met and married in NYC moved moved to Israel from Manhattan in 1986 with two small children.
Our family grew during the years we lived in Israel and we have wonderful children , thank G-d.
We bought this apartment 5 years ago to help support my son who is studying.
We gutted and competely renovated the apartment with the help of a decorator.
This vacation rental is in a fantastic location and we get lots of very positive feedback from tenants who stay here . There is a small terrace with an amazing view. This special view was the first thing that convinced me to buy this apartment.
