The Manor House in Twigworth exudes charm and character throughout. This timeless home features a spacious layout, including four bedrooms and two reception rooms, games room with a 7ft pool table, complemented by a beautifully landscaped garden and parking for at least three cars.

The space
History:

The Manor House in Twigworth boasts a captivating history, dating back to the 15th century and incorporating architectural elements from various periods, including the 17th century. The house features a distinctive L-shaped plan, with timber-framing, painted brick, and rendered infill. A noteworthy addition is the jettied wing from the 17th century, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. Listed on the National Heritage List for England since 1955, this property holds remarkable historical significance.

Layout:

The private entrance welcomes you into a charming hallway, leading to a classic, fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent is a spacious dining room with seating for eight, where panelled walls and exposed beams highlight the property's quintessential cottage-like charm. The cozy lounge, adorned with timber-framed walls, comfortable sofas, and a TV, creates an inviting space to relax and unwind. Also on the ground floor is a games room which is home to a 7ft pool table. Lastly, a convenient shower room completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms showcase the period charm of the house. Three are generously proportioned doubles, while the smaller fourth bedroom features a single bed. A family bathroom completes this floor.

Outside, the property offers a lovely lawned garden and a delightful summer house, complete with deck chairs for relaxation. The private driveway accommodates at least two cars, ensuring practicality alongside the picturesque setting.

Guest access
This home is private and is primarily set up as a 4-bedroom guest house with access via a key safe just outside. Attached to the main house is a separate, private, annexed apartment that is rented privately. It should be noted that the tenant living there does have access to garden and shares the outside laundry room.
