Urca is a bucolic place, extremely quiet, with shops and restaurants. It has a sea front walk and view of Rio's bay. The neighborhood is considered the safest in Rio. It provides easy access to beach's south quarter and the city centre.
This 1937 fully renovated vertical town house has four main living floors and an external service area. Street access is at the second floor.
House has a narrow internal staircase. It is not suitable for babies, people with disabilities or of old age.
