This beautifully designed and furnished condo has class. Located in the Bella Piazza resort in Florida, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo can sleep 8 guests. Every detail has been thought of when designing this home from the intricately designed furniture to the crown moldings fitted throughout the rooms.
The one-storey condo has a modern kitchen with granite tops. It’s fully-equipped and has two wooden carved barstools where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or a quick bite to eat. There’s everything you need to make your cooking experience a positive one, including a double sink, an industrial sized fridge freezer, a coffee machine, and a microwave. The granite breakfast bar opens onto the formal dining area where there’s a stained wooden table with 4 chairs. Flowers and pot plants decorate the area, adding even more life to the sunny rooms. In the living room, there’s a large 3-seat couch, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The room has many windows, meaning that this room is naturally lit by the sun most of the day. Additionally, the living room area has a door that opens up to a paved area outside. If need be, there are 2 foldaway chairs and a small side table that’s perfect for a drink on the patio area.
The master bedroom is impressive and has a king-size bed with matching furniture. It boasts a beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom which has a deep tub, a separate walk-in shower, and his and her vanities that have marble tops. The next biggest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with matching furniture. This too has an en-suite, but with a single vanity instead of a double one. The third bedroom is a twin room, which is perfect for younger members of the family. All rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool during the summer months.
For your convenience, there’s also a large closet area that has a washing machine and dryer. Those families with infants will not need to bring all their supplies as this property also has a highchair.

The community has condominium units ranging from 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condos right up to 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom condos. The buildings all have elevators for your convenience and are all within easy walking distance of the magnificent resort-style facilities.
The condominium buildings have Mediterranean accented architecture with tiled roofs while inside you will find granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded porcelain tile floors throughout the entryway, kitchen, dining area, living area and bathrooms, wood-grain cabinets and raised breakfast bar in the kitchens. There is also crown-molding in the kitchen, living and dining areas.
Bella Piazza’s resort facilities include a spacious clubhouse, game room, business center, two resort-style pools, outdoor spa, children’s water playground at the main pool resort complex, fitness center, 2 outdoor kitchen and BBQ grills (one in the main clubhouse resort complex and another in a smaller resort complex with all this set in lush tropical landscaping.
Bella Piazza is conveniently located off Hwy 27 within walking distance of Publix and other stores including restaurants and also provides easy access to the Disney theme parks, East and West coast beaches, Kennedy Space Center and Daytona International Speedway to name but a few.

Property Protection Premium: We offer a non-refundable Property Protection Premium of $69.00 (inclusive of tax) per property per booking which is added to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, payment of this fee ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,500 maximum). I understand that I am responsible for the cost of any damage sustained to the property or its contents, for breakages or for any excessive cleaning charges incurred during my stay. Any relevant costs (together with the cost of additional services requested) should be charged to my credit card as detailed below. I also understand that all IPG Homes are non-smoking, self catering units that do not allow any kind of pets unless the property description clearly states, “Pets Allowed”. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $400.00 (plus tax) per pet would apply. Smoking in the
property will incur a fee of $400.
Maximum Occupancy: I undertake to ensure that the maximum occupancy of the property (2 per bedroom plus 2 if the property has a sofa bed) is not exceeded at any time and understand that failure to comply with the maximum occupancy may result in expulsion from the property without refund and may also constitute a violation of State Law.
Check Out: I, and the rest of my party, will be checking out of the villa by 10 am on the day of departure stated above except where a late check out is available and has been approved the day before departure by calling the office. I understand that if a late check out has not been approved and paid for as stated, I will incur a minimum charge of one nights accommodation at the prevailing rack rate. I understand that if the key(s)/garage remote issued is/are not returned to IPG on the day of departure, I will be charged $60 per key and/or $50.00 per remote.
Swimming Facilities: I, and the rest of my party, in consideration of the use of the swimming facilities at the property (if applicable), hereby expressly assume all risks associated with our use of the swimming facilities and hereby release and hold harmless IPG Professional Management, Inc., IPG of America, Inc., and any and all parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of our use of the swimming facilities, whether or not caused by the negligence or negligent omission of Releasees, or any of them, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damages to our property, notwithstanding the foreseeability of such injuries or damages, which may occur as a result of our use of the swimming facilities. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida without reference to its conflicts of law rules. I warrant I am at least 21 years of age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.
