This stunning single story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury villa is located in the ever popular community of Solana, just off highway 27. Its location is approximately a 15 minute drive from the gates of Disney World whilst also being in close proximity to a plethora of restaurants on highway 192. With just a short drive to Interstate 4, you are within easy reach of Universal Studios, SeaWorld, The Mall of Millennia as well as the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.
The furnishings in this well-appointed house have been carefully chosen to present a warm and homely feel to days spent either dining in the large dining room, lounging in the comfortable living room (with a large flat screen TV) or relaxing by or in the heatable swimming pool, (spa acts as an extension of the pool - does not bubble). There is a large table beneath the lanai with 6 chairs for dining “al fresco”.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and en suite bathroom whilst two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom.
The wood flooring in the living areas makes for an easy to maintain floor space whilst all 4 bedrooms have fitted carpets.
The kitchen is spacious with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a vast array of cooking utensils for those home-cooked meals. There is also a table and 4 chairs for those breakfasts enjoyed before departing for a day at the local attractions. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
This property is ideally located, furnished and equipped to provide for a truly outstanding stay in the vacation capital of the world.
**Gas Pool Heat is available, for an additional cost of $60.00 per day plus tax.
Property Protection Premium: We offer a non-refundable Property Protection Premium of $69.00 (inclusive of tax) per property per booking which is added to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, payment of this fee ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,500 maximum). I understand that I am responsible for the cost of any damage sustained to the property or its contents, for breakages or for any excessive cleaning charges incurred during my stay. Any relevant costs (together with the cost of additional services requested) should be charged to my credit card as detailed below. I also understand that all IPG Homes are non-smoking, self catering units that do not allow any kind of pets unless the property description clearly states, “Pets Allowed”. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $400.00 (plus tax) per pet would apply. Smoking in the
property will incur a fee of $400.
Maximum Occupancy: I undertake to ensure that the maximum occupancy of the property (2 per bedroom plus 2 if the property has a sofa bed) is not exceeded at any time and understand that failure to comply with the maximum occupancy may result in expulsion from the property without refund and may also constitute a violation of State Law.
Check Out: I, and the rest of my party, will be checking out of the villa by 10 am on the day of departure stated above except where a late check out is available and has been approved the day before departure by calling the office. I understand that if a late check out has not been approved and paid for as stated, I will incur a minimum charge of one nights accommodation at the prevailing rack rate. I understand that if the key(s)/garage remote issued is/are not returned to IPG on the day of departure, I will be charged $60 per key and/or $50.00 per remote.
Swimming Facilities: I, and the rest of my party, in consideration of the use of the swimming facilities at the property (if applicable), hereby expressly assume all risks associated with our use of the swimming facilities and hereby release and hold harmless IPG Professional Management, Inc., IPG of America, Inc., and any and all parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of our use of the swimming facilities, whether or not caused by the negligence or negligent omission of Releasees, or any of them, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damages to our property, notwithstanding the foreseeability of such injuries or damages, which may occur as a result of our use of the swimming facilities. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida without reference to its conflicts of law rules. I warrant I am at least 21 years of age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.
