CLIMATE RESILIENCE FEE
As per Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Resilience Fee will be charged for short-term rentals. The fee is €2.00 per night during the winter season (November to March) and €8.00 per night during the summer season (April to October).
One of the guests must present a valid Passport/ID document for the mandatory registration to the Tax Authority. The reason we need this information about our guests is so we can declare our income. (As it happens in every hotel. Airbnb verification is not connected with the procedure required by Greek law).
